This week VT had two back-to-back sampling events during the flag football games on Tuesday night and Wednesday night. It was so exciting to see all the different teams come together to play, even in the rain. We have started the playoffs so every game was close and important in moving on to the championships. Check out all the pictures and videos on the website and we can’t wait until our next Sampling Event!

Thanks to everyone who came out and participated in USM’s IM Flag Football program last night. Everyone seemed to enjoy the FREE POWERADE and were thankful for us being out there. Last night’s lineup featured Dem Lady Sharks vs. Delta Sigma; SAE vs. Pi Kapp; Thunder Cats vs. Dem Sharks; Purple Possums vs. The Squad; and many other great match-ups. The best game of the night goes to the Purple Possums vs. The Squad game, with a down to the wire finish. Again, thanks to all of the students who came out to support USM IM program and POWERADE.

It seems like just yesterday that we were starting the school year and the 2010 intramural flag football league, but with Fall Break knocking at our door the season is coming to a close. Playoffs are almost set and the road to the championship will not be easy this year in any league. We have seen some great play throughout the season and looking forward to some more nail biting games as the playoffs start.
