Clemson Crowns A Champion
Last night in Littlejohn Coliseum Clemson powerhouse intramural team, the Retro Jordans claimed their fourth title in four years. The game got off to a slow start with lots of transition but not very many points as both teams fell victim to turnovers and unforgiving rims. The Jordans had a seven point lead at half time. After re-fueling on POWERADE the Retro Jordans went on a tear in the second half. The game would end with a “walk-off dunk” as a Jordan player slammed one down just before the 5 minute mark to put his squad up by 30 points and winning by means of the intramural ‘mercy rule’. The Retro Jordans will head on to extramural competition later in the month. Adam and I would like to thank everyone who came out this past season to enjoy POWERADE–we’ll see you on the courts.
