The voting for the first round of the Video of the Year contest concludes in just a few days on March 7th, but there is plenty of time to get your vote in! Just go to the official site and watch the videos and vote for the ones you want to advance to the next round.

Not being a homer, but my pick for video of the year is the reverse jam caught in warm-ups of an intramural game at Ohio State. The elevation by the participant and hang-time is magnificent and the fact that it was a reverse dunk makes it all the better. Ohio State currently leads the voting in it’s bracket and needs your help to advance even further. Get on the internet and vote today as the Buckeyes are serious players in this contest!

It’s almost playoff time here at Ohio State and CBS College Sports Campus Reps are out and about again tonight!

Come check out the action as we head into the run for the title at the RPAC and get some delicious POWERADE while you’re at it! We’ll be out for only a few more weeks posting videos and pictures online at cbsintramurals.com/osu so be sure to check out the site and see if you’ll be featured throwing down a dunk or knocking down a big trey to help your team to victory.

The last few weeks of the regular season for OSU Intramural Basketball are winding down and teams are starting to make a push for the playoffs. While it only takes 1 win out of a 4 or 5 game regular season to make it to the next level, things are not easy when it comes to taking home the hardwood.

Because of the size of OSU’s intramural program there are multiple brackets with multiple teams. All the 1-win teams are put in a bracket, all the 2-win teams are in another, and so on. This enables fair play, but it also makes the road to the title very competitive and very lengthy. Yes, there are winners in each bracket, but you are going to have to go through the best of the best in your respective competitive level to win that coveted IM title and the t-shirt that comes with it!

This Week’s Sampling

This week the POWERADE Intramurals program will be at the RPAC on Wednesday evening to sample those five flavors of delicious POWERADE. Stop by our table just next to the intramural sign in and feel free to try out some product. See you all Wednesday!

The CBS College Sports Campus Reps will be back at it tonight, Monday, February 8, at the RPAC to promote the POWERADE College Intramurals program

Look for us in the lower level of the RPAC, right next to the intramurals sign in table, and get some delicious POWERADE. Fruit Punch, Grape, Strawberry, Orange, and Mountain Berry Blast will all be available and we will also be snapping some pictures and videos to feature your team on our website.

Week 2 rolled around and we got a chance to check out the Co-Ed leagues this past Sunday evening. The leagues are very competitive, as they are filled with multiple talented players of both genders who really know how to hoop it up!

I’ve never been a part of a co-ed intramural team, but after watching the games this past weekend, it is something I am definitely open to trying in the future. It seemed the participants really got along well and the league not only satisfied the sports craving of the players, but also its social craving. This is a great opportunity to meet people and it is a lot of fun as well.

If you were wondering, of course the fun factor was turned up a notch with the CBS College Sports Campus Reps on hand to deliver the delicious POWERADE!

We’re back in action at Ohio State and while the weather outside is cold, the intramural basketball season is heating up!

The CBS College Sports Campus Reps will be on hand this Wednesday night at the RPAC for intramural hoops and be on the lookout for us, just outside the gym, handing out some refreshing POWERADE.

Get some while it lasts, as we will be there from 6:30 through the night. Be sure to stop by and get more information on how you can see yourself on the internet playing in your games!
